Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor Model, model, and a sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was 16. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. After completing her college education, Ariel returned in 2015. The show continued in the same way she had left off in the previous competitions, including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years in the time following her debut and set herself new goals every year. In 2009, she had won four other fitness titles. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took her first six years of competition to get her college diploma. In October 2015 she returned by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The show was a success and she came in third. In the summer of 2016 she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage three months later taking her place 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated of her 6th position at the level of Fitness despite having zero expectations. It's not surprising that she was able to place so high, in light of the contest. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel is a fan of working on the lower part of her back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on the machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. She warms-up first before moving on to exercises. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time the best way feasible. Supersetting all of the back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she does.
