Her fame was boosted by her role as Trinity in The Matrix (1999-present) after playing a few roles on television. Memento (2000) was her debut major role. She won the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Supporting Character, Red Planet (2000). Chocolat (2000), Fido (2006), Snow Cake (2006). Snow Cake (2006) also earned her the Genie Award, Best Performance by an Actress, Disturbia (2007). Unthinkable (2010). Silent Hill: Revelation (2012). Pompeii (2014). She also played Jeri Hogarth in a variety of television series produced by Marvel Television for Netflix, especially Jessica Jones (2015-2019). Moss was living in Spain when she was offered the part as Tara Judge Nicholas Marshall's clerk in the drama series Dark Justice. This was her first time on TV. She relocated from Barcelona to Los Angeles with the series in 1992. Moss had to leave Dark Justice in the third and final season. She was replaced by Elisa Hingsohn in the role of Samantha Collins. After her return to USA, she enrolled at American Academy of Dramatic Arts Pasadena. She was a model and starred in Models Inc., a Fox primetime soap opera. The show was cancelled in July 1995. Matrix is a produced in Canada show that was her main character and was ended in July 1995. [3] For most of the 1990s she appeared in several television series including Street Justice, Baywatch, F/X: The Series, and Due South, for which she won the Gemini Award for Best Guest actor in Drama. She appeared in a number of B-movie parts throughout the decade that included Flashfire (1994) as well as The Soft Kill(94), Tough Guy (1994), Lethal Tender (1996), Sabotage (1996) and The Secret Life of Algernon (1997).
